• 48 Hours Notice of Cancellation Required
• Pre-payment of the total booking value may be charged 48 hours prior to arrival.
• Cancellation within the 48 hours will incur a fee of equivalent to one night stay.
• No Shows will incur 100% of the total booking value.
• All payments and penalties will be charged on the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Group Bookings:

• (Bookings of 6 rooms or more is considered a group booking)
• To secure a group booking, a booking deposit of equivalent to one night’s stay per room is required at the time of booking.
• Please note, booking is not confirmed until deposit is received.
• The booking deposit becomes non-refundable 14 days prior to arrival date.
• The balance of the total booking value is required 7days prior to arrival date, failure to do so will result in cancellation of the booking.
• If group bookings are cancelled within the 7 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the remaining balance will be forfeited.
• All payments and penalties are to be charged on the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Cancelling Your Reservation:

• All phone and direct bookings can only be cancelled via email. If cancelling a booking by email, do not consider the booking cancelled until we have acknowledge the cancellation by return email.
• All bookings booked through Booking.com, Expedia and other online travel agents must be cancelled through their website.
• Please note that cancellation policies may vary from different online travel agencies.

Rate Disclaimer:

• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Base rate is for 2 guests. Rates may very depending on room type.
• Extra Guest Rate: $25.00 per guest per night. (5 – 18 years and above)
• Use of Sofa Bed is chargeable at $25 AUD p/night.
• Rates, bedding configurations and cancellation policies may vary from different online travel agencies.

Payment Method Accepted:

• We accept Cash, Eftpos, Visa Card & MasterCard will incur 1.2% Surcharge, Amex will incur 2% Surcharge
• Full payment of accommodation must be paid prior to check in.

Check In Times:

• Check In: 2pm – 7pm
• Check Out: 10am

Check In Requirements:

• A valid photo ID is required at check in.
• A valid credit card is required to cover for incidental charges. If unable to provide a valid credit card a security deposit is required prior to check in.

Arrivals after 7pm.

• If arriving after 7pm a late check in can be arranged via phone or email.
• Email your photo ID before 7pm and request for a late check in.
• We will reply with the late check in instructions when we receive your photo ID.
• Arrivals after 7pm without prior arrangement will be recorded as a NO SHOW.
• Do not consider your late check in request valid until we have acknowledged your request by return email or phone call.

Parking:

• Off street parking is located behind the building. One car space per room for eligible rooms (refer to room type)
• Free Street parking nearby.
• Only one way access to the carpark.
• Open carpark.
• Twin Room – Street Parking Only (this room name and room type has street parking only)
• Parking height of 2.1m restrictions apply.

Motel Extra Information:

• Bosuns Inn Motel has 6 rooms on the ground floor and 6 rooms on the first floor that are accessed via two stairways.
• The closest room to the carpark is approximately 7metres and the furthest approx. 35 metres.
• Room Service – is available upon request and finishes at 11am. Room service sign must be out to receive housekeeping.
• Complimentary free wifi available.
• Guests are responsible for the return of the room key. There is a key box located outside the reception for early check out. Guests are responsible for the replacement cost of lost keys.
